AI Security Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established AI Security function and play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across an international technology-driven organization. You’ll work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Innovation, partnering with teams across Europe to secure AI solutions, build AI-powered security capabilities, and define the standards that will guide our AI future.

What you’ll do

• Assess and secure AI initiatives from concept through production.
• Advise teams on secure AI architecture and implementation practices.
• Govern enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini.
• Design and build AI-powered security solutions and agents.
• Drive AI governance, risk management, and security controls across the AI lifecycle.
• Help define the security standards, frameworks, and guardrails for AI adoption across the organization.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, RAG applications, or GenAI solutions.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Science, or IT Architecture.
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of security concepts such as identity and access management, data protection, DLP, security monitoring, and governance.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Claude, or Copilot Studio.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
