Senior Systems Engineer - Operational Support

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between. As an Advanced Systems Engineer for FBM Operational Support, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for ensuring the supportability of the SSBN and SSGN platforms.

• Independently generate and maintain equipment service life evaluation tools
• Success leading equipment sustainment evaluations utilizing industry and historical information, identifying critical at-risk components, and generating risk mitigation plans

• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
• Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

W hile on-site, you will be a part of the Ohio Class Operational Support team in Pittsfield, MA., Target salary range: USD $112,000.00/Yr. - USD $122,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
