Job description

Crusoe’s Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) team sits at the heart of our AI mission. We build the software that powers and manages our global fleet of GPUs. As a New Grad, you won’t just be maintaining systems-you’ll be building the automation and AI-driven tooling that keeps the world’s most powerful hardware running at peak performance., * Build the “Check-Engine” Light: Create deep-level observability and diagnostic tools to monitor the health of high-density compute systems.

  • Validate Performance: Build testing suites (using PyTorch and NCCL) to ensure systems are battle-ready before they hit production.
  • Bridge Software & Hardware: Develop automation for critical facility systems, including power management and advanced liquid cooling.
  • Own Your Impact: Take full ownership of your tools-from initial code to deployment and operational support.

Requirements

  • Education: Completing a degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or a related field (Graduating Dec ‘25 - May ‘26).
  • Technical Chops: Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages Go, Python, Java, or Rust, with a solid grasp of distributed systems and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, GCP).
  • Bias for Action: The ability to identify a problem, build a scalable solution, and ship it.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ready to “lean in” on complex technical initiatives and set the direction for specific projects.
  • Problem Solver: A hands-on approach to troubleshooting both software and hardware challenges.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with Temporal or Kubernetes.
  • Previous internships or projects involving large-scale data environments., This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization without employer sponsorship
