Job description

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to support a large, enterprise SaaS platform used to manage and optimize asset value through data?driven insights. This role will focus on two major workstreams:

  • A new experience initiative focused on rethinking and modernizing key user workflows.
  • Ongoing strategic and “classic” product design work supporting an established, complex platform.

This consultant will also play a key role in maturing and scaling the design system, working closely with product, engineering, and a broader design organization. The role is UX?heavy (70% UX / 30% UI) and emphasizes design validation, workflows, and problem?solving, not just visual execution., Product & Experience Design

  • Lead UX/UI design efforts across complex, enterprise?level workflows and experiences.
  • Contribute to both new experience initiatives and ongoing strategic product enhancements.
  • Focus on validating designs and solutions through collaboration, feedback, and iteration.
  • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, thoughtful, and executable design solutions.
  • Present and clearly articulate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale to stakeholders.

Design Systems & Component Design

  • Help mature and scale the existing design system.
  • Create and implement components correctly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with design system and platform teams to evolve patterns and standards.
  • Balance consistency across products with specific product needs.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams across multiple products and workstreams.
  • Navigate complex team structures and dependencies with minimal oversight.
  • Support design?to?development handoff with well?organized files, documentation, and guidance.
  • Operate independently and effectively in a fast?moving, enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • Senior?level UX/UI design experience in large, enterprise or SaaS product environments.
  • Proven experience working within multi?designer teams and cross?functional organizations.
  • Strong communication skills; able to partner effectively with Product and Engineering.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple products, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience validating designs and iterating based on feedback.
  • Ability to work independently with low oversight (“low?maintenance” contributor).

Preferred Experience

  • Enterprise?wide application design.
  • SaaS platform experience.
  • Design system ownership or heavy contribution.
  • Data?heavy or operational tools.
  • Experience working across distributed or global teams.
