Job description

Support the VisionLink application and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with an established UX team to deliver high-quality mobile and enterprise user experiences.
Drive UX activities across the full design lifecycle from research and ideation to final delivery.

Requirements

10+ years of UI/UX Design experience.
Strong recent experience designing mobile applications (mandatory).
Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Figma Make.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools integrated with Figma.
Ability to demonstrate successful use cases and measurable outcomes achieved using AI design tools.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, responsive design, and design systems.
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise/mobile-first applications.
UX Generalist background.
Experience working in Agile environments.
