Job description

  • Technischer 1st und 2nd Level Support für Hard- und Softwareprodukte
  • Hilfe bei Treiberinstallation (Windows / Linux)
  • Kundensupport bei der Implementierung der Software-APIs
  • Anwendungsunterstützung für die CAN Analyse Tools
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem informationstechnischen Beruf, elektrotechnischen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen MS Windows, Linux, Visual Studio, GCC (C / C++ / C#)
  • Idealerweise grundlegende Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik / Elektronik
  • Eine selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
