On offer is a varied and technically advanced Hardware Engineer position where you will support the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to testing and qualification. You will be involved in analog and digital circuit design, FPGA development, schematic capture, debugging and hardware validation for airborne defense systems. You will also work closely with suppliers, support hardware planning activities and help drive consistency and reusability across hardware platforms.

This role would suit a Hardware Engineer looking for technical challenging and impactful role at a growing and stable defense industry leader.

The Role: * Design and development of analog and digital hardware for airborne defense systems

  • FPGA development, verification and high-speed digital design work
  • Hardware debugging, testing, qualification and supplier collaboration
  • Hybrid working, long-term technical progression and exposure to advanced defense technologies

Requirements

Do you have experience in Verilog?, Experience in analog and digital circuit design and simulation

  • FPGA, HDL, Verilog or VHDL experience alongside schematic capture tools such as OrCAD/Cadence
  • Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces, signal integrity
  • US Citizen able to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
