Security Operations Center Operator

We are seeking a highly competent Surveillance Monitoring Center Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is critical to daily security operations and is best suited for individuals with strong technical skills, excellent communication, and prior command-center experience. The ideal candidate is confident using multiple software platforms simultaneously and can make clear, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This position functions as a central point of coordination between surveillance systems, field personnel, and leadership-similar to a supervisory role during active shifts., * Monitor multiple live CCTV systems and proactively identify suspicious or abnormal activity

• Help with and coordinate field personnel in response to alarms, incidents, and operational needs
• Maintain accurate, detailed incident logs and activity reports using internal systems
• Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, radio, email, and digital platforms
• Provide real-time updates, instructions, and support to field teams
• Assist with schedule adjustments, call-offs, and operational coverage as needed
• Maintain situational awareness and operational control throughout the shift

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable security experience

• Prior experience in both dispatching and CCTV monitoring is required
• Strong computer skills, including:
• Email communication
• Report writing
• Spreadsheets
• Navigating and utilizing multiple software systems simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Availability for overnight and weekend shifts
