Job description
We are looking for a COMSEC professional to serve as a COMSEC manager in a traditional account supporting a variety of program environments in Tewksbury and surrounding facilities. You will work closely with the COMSEC team, COMSEC users, program professionals, and government representatives to provide continuous and compliant COMSEC support. The account is centered primarily on network encryptors, secure voice products, and fill devices.
What You Will Do

Maintain the COMSEC account,

Prepare shipment, order, and receipt of COMSEC equipment and encryption key,
-
Track supersession dates
-
Submit accurate and timely accounting reports,
-
Perform software upgrades to COMSEC equipment
-
Conduct/reconcile COMSEC inventories, compliance validations, plus incident reporting and investigation.

Local travel required to other locations as necessary.
Requirements
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Experience with NISPOM, and how COMSEC plays into the success of business.

Experience with NSA CSSM Policy 3-16 and its associated references
Qualifications We Prefer

Attention to detail, time management and follow-through
-
NSA COMSEC certification
-
Experience with support of a large COMSEC account to include receipt, custody, safeguarding and destruction of production and/or depot COMSEC material

Experience with End Cryptographic Unit management and load/fill procedures
-
Experience with troubleshooting COMSEC equipment
-
Experience in the management of Windows based information systems
-
KMI training certification
-
Knowledgeable of legacy COMSEC equipment
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
