Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Data Scientist to work on an international remote project in Madrid, Spain. This full-time on-site position offers opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities - Design, develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics and classification. - Build and refine NLP solutions, including work with large language models (LLMs). - Perform advanced data analysis to identify insights and support strategic decision making. - Write efficient and scalable code in Python and PySpark. - Use SQL for extraction, manipulation and querying of large data volumes. - Build and deploy models using AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, etc.). - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and stakeholders. - Stay up to date with trends and technologies in data science, AI and cloud computing. Qualifications - Experience in machine learning, deep learning and NLP/LLMs. - Solid knowledge of Python and PySpark. - Advanced SQL skills. - Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Glue, Lambda). - Ability to perform complex analysis and communicate results. - Familiarity with Git or version control tools. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field. - English B2 level. - Additional qualifications considered: experience with MLOps and deploying models in production, knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn), familiarity with big-data technologies and distributed environments.
