PHP Backend Developer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of our enterprise-grade commercial SaaS platform, middleware, and technical support of product roll-outs.

• Build and manage our SaaS utilising sophisticated AWS infrastructure
• Create and manage a robust component library, technical components, product rollouts
• Mongo Database administration
• Be an intricate part of the full life cycle development process
• Work closely with the front-end team
• Identify bugs and help solve problems

Enthusiasm, reliability, self-motivation, the ability to self-learn and work well as part of a team are the essential key ingredients to this role along with the following:

• 2-4 years full-stack web development
• Languages: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, AngularJS, Mustache
• Database: Mongo (Cloud Manager)
• Framework: Custom PHP Framework
• Experience working with PHP MVC frameworks, AJAX and REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket repository
• Experience with Cordova mobile app development an advantage
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Integration of frontend elements with server-side logic
• Breakdown client problems and determine a workable solution
• Continue learning and growing in emerging web technologies and methodologies
