Lead Principal Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Critical Programs

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure and operational initiatives supporting OCI’s rapid global expansion. This individual will operate as a highly strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for coordinating complex technical programs spanning data center infrastructure, AI-driven operational improvements, tooling initiatives, and executive-level delivery management., * Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across OCI

• Drive execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, networking, capacity planning, and executive leadership teams
• Develop scalable program governance, reporting, and risk management mechanisms
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility
• Manage program dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths across multiple organizations
• Deliver executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates
• Identify execution risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
• Support organizational prioritization and operational decision-making
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments

The ideal candidate is a versatile “jack-of-all-trades” TPM who combines strong technical depth, exceptional program leadership, executive communication skills, and operational rigor. This role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple organizations simultaneously., * 10+ years of technical program management or infrastructure program leadership experience

• Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or operational intelligence workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems, and operational dependencies
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience operating in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations
• Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred
