Job description
We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will work closely with the IT Director to support and maintain IT infrastructure across all company locations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is committed to providing reliable, responsive support to end users. This position offers a clear path for the right candidate to transition into the IT Manager/IT Director role over time., * Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange and Teams
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Provide technical support to end users across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors on support issues and service delivery
- Travel to regional locations approximately once per month (within a six-hour driving radius)
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
Requirements
Required:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange and Teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Dedication and commitment to providing reliable IT support
Preferred:
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Experience managing cellular devices including iPhones and iPads
- Experience with firewall and network infrastructure
- Relevant certifications are a plus
