IT Administrator

• Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2022 environments.
• Manage network infrastructure, WatchGuard firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Provide desktop support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, printers, and related hardware.
• Support and maintain cloud-based VoIP phone systems.
• Monitor server health, backups, and security logs.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, IT documentation, and equipment inventory.
• Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

• 5 years of Microsoft Windows Systems Administration experience.
• 5 years of networking administration experience.
• 5 years of desktop support experience.
• 5 years of VoIP/telecommunications support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Windows Server 2016 & 2022
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• IIS and SQL Server
• WatchGuard Firewalls
• Windows 11
• Cloud VoIP Systems Ideal Candidate
