Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks. Acquire, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze and interpret large datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and hypothesis testing to address specific business questions or challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business results, identify key trends and opportunities and report the findings in a simple, compelling way. Design and maintain data systems and databases, fix coding errors and other data-related problems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or a related field and three (3) years of experience as an Engineer III, Data Analysis or related occupation in data analysis. Must have three (3) years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools including SQL, Python, and R; (2) working with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI; and (3) experience with statistical methods and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week . Salary Range: $190,000/year to $225,000/year
