Job description

Blue Code Alicante is hiring a Frontend Developer to join the team behind an international SaaS product used by independent professionals to manage their sales and grow their business.The product is a modern lead generation CRM that combines prospecting, a multichannel inbox, pipeline management and an AI sales agent in one place. It already has paying customers across 15 countries from its closed beta and is weeks away from public launch. You will build and ship new features across the frontend, take ownership of your work end to end and have a direct line from your code to what users experience. You will work closely with the client team and our engineers in Alicante.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship new features across the frontend, mostly in React and Next.jsTake ownership of your work from idea through to live, then keep improving itUse AI coding tools such as Claude in your day to day to move fast without dropping qualityKeep the UI clean and usable with attention to the details users feelCollaborate with the client team, assess technical impact and keep changes safeStay close to how real users work so the product fits their realityRequirementsMinimum 5 years of frontend experience building and shipping production web applicationsStrong React and modern TypeScript, with solid HTML, CSS and SCSS fundamentalsYou have built platforms or web apps that made a product betterComfortable building with AI coding tools such as Claude in daily workAutonomous and pragmatic, you know when to ship and when to refineGood eye for clean usable interfaces with a practical UX focusFluent English, strong communication is requiredNice to have (but not required)Some full stack comfort with Node and PostgresExperience with component libraries or design systemsExperience with frontend testing (Cypress, Playwright or similar)Experience at an early-stage startupTech stack (current environment)TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Postgres and cloud infrastructure, with AI tools used across the stackFull time job, 40h per weekCompetitive and negotiable salary based on experience and skillsAnnual salary reviewInternational environment (English speaking)Hybrid work model based in Alicante, preferably Alicante and surroundingsEarly-stage but funded product with paying customers alreadyInternal growth potential as the team grows#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
