IT Tower Manager Development & Integration

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our global Development & Integration organization within Enterprise Platforms & Service Towers. The role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, governance, operations and transformation of our global software engineering, application development and integration capabilities. The successful candidate will ensure engineering excellence, integration scalability and continuous modernisation while acting as a strategic partner to business and technology leadership., * Define and execute the global Development & Integration strategy and roadmap.

• Own the global development and integration service portfolio and operating model.
• Lead application modernisation and platform engineering initiatives.
• Drive DevSecOps transformation and engineering excellence.
• Define global engineering, integration and API governance frameworks.
• Build and manage strategic technology vendor partnerships.
• Lead globally distributed engineering teams and managed service providers.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Drive automation, AI enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and continuously evolve a modern engineering and product-centric operating model.

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Development or Technology leadership.
• Strong experience managing global development and integration organisations.
• Proven track record in large-scale modernization and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of software engineering, integration technologies and platform engineering models.
• Strong financial and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
