7+ years of experience as a QA Functional Tester, QA Business Tester, or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter (GWCC) or other Guidewire platforms. Experience writing and managing test plans, test cases, and test procedures. Experience delivering testing across SIT, UAT, and Production phases. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and IT teams. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Office. Basic understanding of API, JSON, and Swagger. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments. Fluent English and French (mandatory). Nice to have Experience in the insurance or travel insurance sector. Knowledge of process mapping and MS Visio. Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification. Experience with Azure DevOps. Additional European languages.
