Logistics SAP Specialist

AccuForce has 3 immediate, long-term Logistics SAP positions available in Morristown, TN!

As a Logistics SAP Temp, you will support operational continuity through inventory management, scheduling, procurement, receiving, packing, and shipping. You will maintain inventory accuracy, material flow, and system data integrity while supporting shift needs for Project MORE., * Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Perform inventory management, cycle counts, adjustments, and resolve internal discrepancies. Operate fork trucks, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.

• SAP & Data Management: Create/maintain material masters, troubleshoot EDI/SAP issues, generate serialization files (SAP/Excel), and manage backorder/shipping reports.
• Production & Order Support: Analyze production requests/drawings, create production orders, complete post-production analysis (costing/inventory), and manage production packets.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist Customer Support, Planning, Warehouse, and Scheduling teams. Process vendor/customer returns and review delivery performance.

• Experience: SAP experience is required.
• Education: Associate degree preferred, or 1-2 years of related experience/training (or equivalent combination).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret business procedures and drawings; basic algebra and geometry skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work Environment: Moderate noise; requires steel-toe shoes, eye, and ear protection. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and extreme temperatures.
• Schedule: Regular attendance required. Must be available to work extra hours (over 40 hours/week), extended shift times, weekends, and holidays as needed., * Associate (Preferred)
