In this role you design, build, and operate scalable voice agents and conversational AI systems. You collaborate with linguists, backend engineers, and product teams to own end-to-end delivery-from dialogue design and NLU integration to API wiring and production observability. You will contribute reusable components and patterns to uplift the team and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development. This role offers impact across customer-facing and operational use cases within a data-driven, production-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design, build, and operate voice agents and multi-turn dialogues with end-to-end quality ownership* Architect dialogue logic including intent routing, context management, state handling, and escalation* Integrate agents with backend services via REST APIs for live data and async processes* Tune speech pipeline components (ASR, TTS, VAD) to meet accuracy and latency targets* Instrument observability: conversation analytics, containment, drop-offs, error logging, and alerts* Build reusable dialogue components and platform patterns for cross-use-case delivery* Collaborate with Computational Linguists to improve NLU quality and entity extraction* Diagnose issues across dialogue logic, NLU performance, and API integrations; perform root-cause analysis* Contribute to design reviews, define quality standards, and share knowledge across the teamResponsabilidades* 5+ years in conversational AI, voice agent development, or dialogue systems with production exposure* Hands-on agent building experience with multi-turn dialogue design* Strong NLU integration experience: intent classification, xcskxlj entity extraction, slot filling, dialogue state tracking* Solid REST API design and consumption, authentication, error handling, and asynchronous responses* Production experience: monitoring, incident response, quality measurement, continuous improvement* Proficiency in Python for tooling and automation* Experience with evaluation metrics: containment rate, task completion, NLU accuracy, overall conversation quality* Solid understanding of ASR, TTS, and VAD* Experience operating voice AI systems in productionRequisitos principales*
