Requirements - 3+ years of experience in risk, compliance, Business Continuity Management, or a closely related field, with a solid foundational understanding of resilience concepts - Strong experience contributing to policy and procedural documentation, with a proven ability to translate complex frameworks and concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for diverse stakeholder groups - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights effectively Nice to Have - Experience with Agile project management methodologies and ways of working - Hands-on experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or IT Resilience programmes - Data analytical skills, including proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visualising resilience metrics - Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical and complex ideas clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work on time - Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus - A genuine team player who thrives in collaborative environments and steps up to support colleagues, particularly during high-pressure moments such as crisis situations or tight deadlines Salary Information For Spain the base salary range for this position is between EUR
