About You You are organised, intellectually curious, and genuinely motivated to learn and grow. You’re someone who stays calm under pressure, takes ownership of your work, and is always looking for ways to add value to the team and the wider organisation. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in risk, compliance, Business Continuity Management, or a closely related field, with a solid foundational understanding of resilience concepts - Strong experience contributing to policy and procedural documentation, with a proven ability to translate complex frameworks and concepts into clear, actionable guidelines for diverse stakeholder groups - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights effectively Nice to Have - Experience with Agile project management methodologies and ways of working - Hands-on experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or IT Resilience programmes - Data analytical skills, including proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visualising resilience metrics - Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical and complex ideas clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work on time - Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus - A genuine team player who thrives in collaborative environments and steps up to support colleagues, particularly during high-pressure moments such as crisis situations or tight deadlines Salary Information For Spain the base salary range for this position is between EUR
