Data Scientists, helping them grow technically and professionally. - Design and build models for personalization, forecasting, user behavior analysis, and marketing efficiency. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to turn data insights into real-world impact. - Help prioritize projects effectively based on value and feasibility, keeping a strong product and user focus. - Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing an inclusive team culture. - Partner with senior leaders to inform strategic planning for the Data function at Fever. Who You Are - You have strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, and mathematics (Master’s or PhD is a plus). - You are confident in exploring data, designing models, and evaluating their performance with rigor. - You thrive in ambiguity, balancing tech health with speed of impact and learning. - You are skilled in SQL and Python-based tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). - You write clean

maintainable, and reproducible code, and can prototype ideas quickly when needed. - You have experience leading data science projects and know how to deliver valuable insights without overcomplicating the solution. - You enjoy helping others grow, sharing feedback, and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment. - You are curious, resourceful, and proactive when faced with complex challenges.
