Job description

We’re looking for a curious, detail-drive Data Analyst to join our Minneapolis team and help us transform raw data into the insights that shape our cases and our business.

This is an entry-level role built for someone who’s ready to learn fast, work alongside experienced analysts, and see firsthand how data supports meaningful legal work.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from a range of sources - accuracy and completeness are everything.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that turn complex information into something teams across the firm can actually use.
  • Support deeper projects with rigorous analysis and a fresh perspective.
  • Run quality checks, troubleshoot discrepancies, and keep our outputs trustworthy.
  • Maintain clear records of sources, methods, and processes so your work is transparent and reproducible., We’re a recognized leader in complex and class action litigation, which means the work you do here matters. Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and statistical functions

  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • A solid grasp of fundamental statistics and analytical methods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
