Job description
Enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team. Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience In-depth functional knowledge of Payroll Processing, US Taxes, and Payroll Accounting Proficiency in End-to-End integration between HR, Compensation, and Payroll In-depth knowledge of Elements, Fast Formulas, and Value Sets In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Tables Experience with Oracle Cloud Tools (HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, BI templates, OTBI)
Job Nice to Haves: Knowledge of PL-SQL Experience with OIC process integration creation and maintenance About the Position / Current Initiatives: The candidate will follow the company software development lifecycle (SDLC) to design, code/configure, test, debug, and implement application programs. They will assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents and collaborate with teams to achieve quality and consistency. The role involves enhancing product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team, testing Payroll OHCM processes, identifying and analyzing bugs found during testing, and documenting them.
