Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for clients, enabling seamless payroll and HR processes. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations and designs. You will lead workshops, document designs, and support testing and go-live activities. This role combines hands-on configuration with strategic guidance to deliver cloud-based payroll transformations. You will join a large, global Oracle practice that partners with clients to accelerate digital leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables) * Produce functional and technical design documents * Facilitate End-to-End Payroll Processing design workshops with stakeholders * Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live readiness * Plan tasks and report progress on track deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * At least 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience * Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
