Experteer Overview As a Platform Engineer at Nexthink, you will own and modernize our enablement platform and CI/CD tooling to empower scalable, reliable software delivery.You’ll drive AI-enabled and agentic development workflows, streamline build and release pipelines, and expand self-service capabilities across multi-team environments.You’ll partner with engineering squads to improve developer experience, reduce friction, and prepare the platform for the next generation of software delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own, evolve and automate the enablement platform and productivity tooling- Drive improvements across the CI/CD stack for reliable, scalable software delivery- Modernize the delivery platform to support AI-augmented and agentic development- Improve development and delivery workflows, reliability, and developer experience- Scale engineering autonomy across the organization and across multiple teams- Contribute to deployment automation, pipeline performance, and feedback loops- Ensure security, governance and standardization in CI/CD practices- Promote platform adoption and collaboration across engineering teamsResponsabilidades- 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Build Engineering, Release Engineering, or SRE- Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale CI/CD platforms- Proficiency with GitHub Actions/Jenkins, reusable workflows, runners, permissions, secrets- Experience with artifact management and software supply chain workflows; Artifactory preferred- Solid understanding of Docker-based build and delivery workflows- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD or FluxCD- Knowledge of GitOps, progressive delivery, and standardized deployment across teams- IaC with Terraform; cloud platform experience in AWS- Secrets management and secure CI/CD practices (e.G., Vault, GitHub OIDC)- CI/CD observability, governance, templates, and self-service capabilities- Exposure to AI-enabled engineering workflows and agentic practices- Strong collaboration skills and ability to drive platform standards adoption across teamsRequisitos principales- Permanent contract with competitive package- Hybrid work model- Private health insurance- Flexible hours and unlimited vacation- Volunteer days- Gym subsidy
Requirements
5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Build Engineering, Release Engineering, or SRE
- Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale CI/CD platforms
