Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and evolve Nexthink’s data infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable access to events and data across multiple regions.You will collaborate with Architecture, Product Engineering, and Security to implement cloud-native solutions, build self-service tooling, and introduce new data stores.You will focus on resilience, observability, and incident response to keep the platform trusted by product teams.This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy opportunity in a fast-growing, multi-region AWS environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Design and improve data infrastructure in collaboration with Architecture, Product Engineering, and Security- Develop tooling and automation for provisioning and scaling, with self-service capabilities (Crossplane)- Introduce and operate new data stores (search, vector, in-memory, caching) to standard platform- Engage with product teams to understand needs and shape the platform accordingly- Plan and execute disaster recovery and cross-region replication with clear RPO/RTO targets- Monitor availability, performance, and observability (Datadog) and spot/prevent incidents- Handle incidents end-to-end: diagnose, fix to SLA, and write post-mortems; participate in on-call rotationResponsabilidades- 5+ years in Software, DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles- Strong AWS experience across multiple regions- Infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu) and pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitOps/Flux)- Kubernetes and Amazon EKS on Linux with Docker-based workloads- Proficiency in Go and/or Python- Clear communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in EnglishRequisitos principales- Permanent contract with competitive compensation- Hybrid work model- Unlimited vacation plus 3 company-paid volunteer days- Private health insurance (Sanitas)- Gym subsidy up to 25 EUR/month- Relocation package for international hires

Requirements

Strong AWS experience across multiple regions

  • Infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu) and pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitOps/Flux)
  • Kubernetes and Amazon EKS on Linux with Docker-based workloads
  • Proficiency in Go and/or Python
  • Clear communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in EnglishRequisitos principales
