With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).What you’ll be doingManage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog.Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations.Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices.Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor KPIs, reporting, and user feedback to drive enhancements.What you’ll bring2-5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.Working knowledge of:Jira SoftwareConfluenceAssets (Insight)Automation for JiraExperience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.English language proficiency atB2 level or higher.German language proficiency atB2 level or higher.What we offerBeing part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.Flexible schedules with core working hours.Private health insurance from day 1.English and German language classes.A young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Malaga Tech Games, etc).#J-***-Ljbffr

2-5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem. Working knowledge of: Jira Software Confluence Assets (Insight) Automation for Jira Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher . German language proficiency at B2 level or higher .
