2-5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem. Working knowledge of: Jira Service Management Jira Software Confluence Assets (Insight) Automation for Jira Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher . German language proficiency at B2 level or higher .
