Job description

Factorial HR is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help build AI-native features into our product. You’ll lead technical initiatives, work closely with Product and Design, and ship real features to customers in production using Rails and React.

Requirements

You’ll design systems, set technical direction for meaningful roadmap chunks, own end-to-end architecture, and push for scalable AI across Factorial’s platform. English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
