Data Analytics Specialist

• Own end-to-end analytics and reporting for European leadership
• Manage recurring reporting, dashboards, and time-sensitive ad hoc analyses
• Extract, clean, and process complex datasets from Snowflake using SQL, R, and AI techniques
• Build and improve interactive dashboards with Posit Connect
• Apply structured problem-solving to derive data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Professional Development, Recruiting, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Support people planning by assisting regional talent planning and analyses

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, controlling, or related analytical function
• Proficiency in R (preferred), Python, or other programming languages
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL
• Experience developing dashboards and self-service reporting using R Shiny or similar tools
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity
