Gather, validate and interpret data from a range of sources, applying appropriate methodologies and identifying trends that may influence business performance. - Translate financial projections into practical business metrics, recommendations and insights for stakeholders across finance, accounting, regulatory, IT and other teams. - Recommend improvements to pricing and underwriting processes, data quality, reporting and ways of working. - Lead or contribute to team projects, support knowledge sharing, and provide constructive peer review and feedback. - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while continuing to

develop your actuarial expertise and professional qualification pathway. What You Bring - Fluent Spanish and English communication skills. English is used as the common business language across Assurant Europe. - A degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or a related field, or a demonstrated relevant business experience. - Progressive actuarial and/or underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of actuarial and underwriting concepts, insurance products and business performance drivers. - Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerBi) and data tools such, SQL or similar platforms. - Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - A collaborative approach, curiosity to learn, and an interest in building trusted relationships across teams and markets.
