Job description
The EDI Consultant at NRF is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining electronic data exchange integrations between internal systems (ERP, Webshop platforms) and external business partners, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers.This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and standardized integration flows that support order management, pricing, stock synchronization, delivery processes, and invoicing across multiple markets and partner systems.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?Design, implement and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF systems and external business partners.Support integration of webshop solutions, including NRF Webshop and customer platforms.Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot EDI message flows such as ORDERS, DESADV and INVOIC.Support API-based integrations using REST, JSON and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.Manage onboarding of new suppliers and customers into EDI and API solutions.Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP systems, webshops and external platforms.Manage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations.Monitor integration flows and proactively resolve data exchange issues.Collaborate closely with IT, Product Management and Customer Service teams.Document integration workflows, mappings and technical specifications.Support and improve post-order processes, including delivery, invoicing and RMA flows.WHAT DO YOU BRING ?Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field (strong plus).Proven experience integrating ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX ** or D365.Experience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms, ideally Adobe Commerce (Magento).Hands?on involvement in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Experience onboarding external partners (suppliers and customers) into integration environments.Exposure to logistics, supply chain or distribution environments is a strong advantage.TECHNICAL SKILLSStrong knowledge of EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON).Experience with API integrations (REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON).Good understanding of ERP integration flows, especially O2C and P2P processes (AX ** / D365).Experience with data mapping, transformation and validation across multiple systems.Familiarity with file transfer protocols such as SFTP and FTP.#J-*****-Ljbffr
