Digital Solution Architect (Senior Manager) - Manufacturing Domain

Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape the digital manufacturing landscape as part of the global Digital Architecture team.You translate business strategy into scalable IT/OT solutions across production planning, shop floor execution, quality, and logistics.You’ll drive a technology roadmap that improves efficiency, reduces costs, and enhances customer experiences, while prioritizing green-IT and secure architectures.You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure architecture remains adaptable to evolving needs.This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence manufacturing digitalization at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and govern the technology landscape and roadmap for the Manufacturing domain- Design end-to-end digital manufacturing solutions aligning with business strategy and plant operations- Ensure IT/OT integration, scalability, security, and non-functional requirements- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to capture strategy, requirements, and constraints- Create technology strategy and roadmaps to optimize investments and introduce innovative solutions- Promote design principles, evaluate options, and decide on reuse vs. build/procure- Promote green-IT and sustainability within target architecturesResponsabilidades- Experience in IT consulting, functional and technical consultancy for IT systems, and engineering within enterprise IT and software architecture- Strong knowledge of IT/Digital technologies, IT-OT Perdue Model, cloud platforms, and integration solutions- Deep understanding of Manufacturing domain processes: production planning, shop floor, quality, logistics, asset management- Experience with discrete, batch, process, and hybrid manufacturing models (chemical, pharma, cosmetics, food u** beverage)- Knowledge of Industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing: IoT/IIoT, edge computing, digital twins, predictive maintenance- Understanding of ISO, OSHA, GMP, environmental and safety compliance- Hands-on MES and/or LIMS experience; SAP knowledge preferred- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or manufacturing-related study- Stakeholder landscape understanding and managementRequisitos principales- growth opportunities- flexible work environment- focus on safety and well-being- diverse, multicultural team- global and collaborative culture- impactful work shaping the company’s future
