In this role you will support SAFe and Agile coordination across cross-functional teams, helping align tasks, progress, and dependencies. You’ll contribute to PMO-like activities and structured reporting while fostering continuous improvement. You work closely with distributed teams to enable clear communication and project flow. This is an opportunity to contribute to Europe’s space autonomy and to gain experience in SAFe-based projects in a growing space business., * Support coordination activities within Agile or SAFe environments, ensuring alignment across teams
- Assist in tracking tasks, progress, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to facilitate communication and organization
- Contribute to project coordination or PMO-related activities, ensuring structured reporting and follow-up
- Support Agile ceremonies and processes, fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in engineering projects within telecommunications, aerospace, or similar domains, working as a technical engineer
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, telecommunications, or Agile environments
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and interest in SAFe framework
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in structured environments
- Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams
