Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar field, with initial professional IT experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/AX and O2O processes; SQL/T?SQL skills are a plus. Strong technical and methodological abilities in support, documentation, and project management. Confident communicator with customer?focused mindset, reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
