Research Field Other Education Level PhD or equivalent PhD in a discipline related to sciences. Statistical Modeling: Good knowledge of ANOVA, hurdle and zero-inflated models, logistic regression, GLMs/GLMMs, GAMs, Bayesian analysis. Data Science and ML: Experience applying CNNs and predictive models, dimensionality reduction (PCA, PCoA, RDA) and PERMANOVA. Software and Programming: Solid skills in R, Python, Bash, SQL, Git, and Docker. Analysis and handling of complex datasets. Project management, strong cross-team communication skills, participation as an author in scientific publications, and collaboration in international environments.
