SAP Training

Brief Drive successful SAP S/4HANA adoption by designing and delivering engaging end-user training and learning solutions that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence needed for deployment and long-term success. Key Responsibilities - Develop and deliver SAP end-user training materials and learning content - Coordinate training schedules, workshops and virtual learning sessions - Work closely with Functional Leads and Change Management teams to identify training requirements - Maintain training documentation, user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge articles - Support Train-the-Trainer activities across regional deployment teams - Monitor training completion and user readiness metrics - Gather user feedback and continuously improve learning materials - Support Go-Live, Hypercare and post-deployment knowledge transfer activities Required Experience - Experience delivering training within SAP transformation programmes - SAP S/4HANA end-user enablement experience - Strong instructional design and training delivery skills - Experience creating user documentation and learning materials - Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Desired Skills and Experience - Experience delivering training within SAP transformation programmes Location Barcelona, Spain Contract 12 months + Both Modis International Ltd and Modis Europe Ltd are Equal Opportunities Employers.
