Insight Analyst

We are seeking an Insight Analyst who is ready to transform complex datasets into high-impact strategic decisions., * Drive Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to execute predictive and prescriptive analyses, building robust models that actively guide critical business decisions.

• Uncover Data-Driven Insights: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify hidden trends, behaviors, and operational patterns.
• Translate Data into Strategy: Interpret complex findings and deliver compelling, high-level presentations to stakeholders, designers, and executive VIPs, ensuring clear communication of data findings.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with cross-functional product teams to deeply understand core business needs and engineer tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Champion Data Literacy: Mentor junior data analysts on best practices in reporting, and design training sessions to elevate data literacy across the broader organization.
• Act as a Strategic Liaison: Align analytics initiatives with overarching company goals, bridging communication gaps between the technical analytics team and non-technical business units.

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics, data science, or a closely related quantitative role.
• Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in SQL alongside advanced scripting capabilities in either Python or R.
• Statistical Rigor: Strong foundational knowledge of advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Elite Communication: Fluent English communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for executives.
