Job description

• Lead mechanical design efforts for tower integration and layout optimization.
• Create geometry-based design space models and perform system integration within tower layouts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to review and validate designs.
• Support cross-functional teams to integrate components while respecting product management and production constraints.
• Identify synergies across projects to increase reuse of parts and reduce complexity and cost.
• Define scope of new designs based on Engineering Change Requests.
• Perform configuration management and maintain modularisation of assemblies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure geometrical and HSE requirements are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (PTC Creo/Windchill or Siemens NX/Teamcenter).
• Comfort handling large assemblies.
• Experience in configuration management and modularisation.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Extroverted personality and ability to bring people together.
• Self-starter, results-oriented and deadline-focused.
