ADP is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build a centralized knowledge base and tooling in support of NextGen payroll. No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative developers to complete sprints identified during scrum meetings, tackling problems and prioritising what we code next. From concept to code, you’ll spend your days building new features and upgrades supporting business clients that employ anywhere from one to one million employees. What You’ll Do Participate in daily scrum meetings to set priorities and discuss issues. Design, develop, and maintain features and upgrades for business clients ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 employees. Write code in Java , JavaScript , Python , and frontend React as part of two-week sprints, ensuring adherence to timelines and coding standards. Work with backend services in AWS Lambda and integrate with a graph database (Amazon Neptune) and semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL). Employ AI tools such as Copilot where appropriate. Collaborate with team members to design solutions for migrations, new features, and product enhancements. Qualifications Expertise in Java and enterprise Java frameworks. Strong experience in frontend development, particularly using React . Proficiency in backend development with Java , AWS Lambda , JavaScript , and Python . Familiarity with graph databases (Amazon Neptune) and semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL). Experience with Agile methodologies and two-week sprints. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies. Integrity, resilience, creativity, and a team spirit. A degree is great, but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
