Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

ADP is hiring a Backend Developer.In this role, you will join a team to build a centralized knowledge base and tooling in support of NextGen payroll.No two days are the same.You will work alongside a team of other passionate, creative developers to complete sprints identified during scrum meetings, where we tackle problems and prioritise what we code next.From concept to code, you’ll spend your days building new features and upgrades supporting business clients that employ anywhere from one to one million employees.- Expert in Java- Backend primarily Java, AWS Lambda, JavaScript and Python- Database uses Graph database with Amazon Neptune, Semantic web technologies like RDF and Sparql- Using Copilot and AI is a plus- Knowledge of leave and absence management would be an asset to manage
