QA Functional Tester

• Analyze functional requirements defined by the business or product.
• Design, document, and execute functional test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and semi-automated tests, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Report and track issues in tools such as Jira, ALM, or Octane.
• Coordinate with development and key users for acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate regressions after changes or evolutions, maintaining traceability.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives of the QA process.

Tools

• Test Management: XRay, Octane, TestRail
• Issue Tracking: Jira, ALM
• Methodologies: Agile, DevOps

• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional testing.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools.
• Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
