West Coast Prenup is a fast-growing California law firm focused exclusively on premarital and postnuptial agreements. We have built a strong brand, a successful Google Ads program, and a modern Webflow website that consistently generates high-quality leads.
We are not looking for a website redesign or a rebrand.
Instead, we are looking for an experienced Webflow professional who can help us elevate our existing website into one of the highest-converting legal websites in the country.
This is not an entry-level or production design position. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically about how design influences user behavior, trust, and conversion rates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving user experience, increasing conversion rates, refining messaging, and creating exceptional landing pages for paid search traffic.
Responsibilities
- Optimize our existing Webflow website while preserving our current branding.
- Design and build high-converting landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve user experience, navigation, and page structure.
- Increase conversion rates through thoughtful design and layout decisions.
- Collaborate on messaging and content organization.
- Recommend improvements based on conversion best practices rather than personal design preferences.
- Maintain responsive, mobile-first designs.
- Ensure all changes follow Webflow best practices while preserving SEO.
Requirements
- Advanced Webflow experience.
- Strong UX/UI design skills.
- Experience improving conversion rates for service businesses.
- Experience designing Google Ads landing pages.
- Strong understanding of conversion psychology and user behavior.
- Excellent visual design skills with exceptional attention to typography, spacing, and layout.
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions., * Experience working with professional service businesses or law firms.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or conversion tracking.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience conducting A/B testing or other conversion optimization initiatives.
About Our Website
Our website is already performing well and reflects the brand we want to maintain. We are intentionally not seeking a complete redesign. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and conversions while respecting the firm’s existing visual identity.
Benefits & conditions
$75 - $125 an hour - Contract, * A portfolio of Webflow websites you personally designed or built.
- Two or three examples where you improved website conversion rates or user experience.
- A brief explanation of your approach to conversion-focused web design.
Candidates selected for interviews will complete a paid design exercise based on our existing website. Compensation will be provided to all finalists who complete the exercise.
Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
