This role focuses on delivering high-quality customizations, preferably aligned with SAP best practices, while maintaining the flexibility to propose alternative approaches when they better serve business objectives. The analyst ensures that all solutions are compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements and supports the implementation of robust, efficient, and scalable processes across the organization. Main Duties & Responsibilities - - Responsible to analyze the business requirements, decide about the best practice and customize SAP/FICO system accordingly. - Write Functional Specification documents that will be used by developers for the necessary enhancements. - Analyze escalated problems that may emerge at normal system operation and were not able to be resolved by L2 support and consider solutions. - Train L2 team and end users on system functionality. - Participate in roll-out project meetings and use his/her knowledge and experience to suggest solutions. Core Competencies and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, IT engineering or science related field, or equivalent qualification Work Experience: - - At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO projects implementation (on hand). - Big experience in heterogenous environments and data integration with SAP. - Advanced communication skills with business to collect requirements. - Ability to communicate and cooperate with multi-national teams. - Ability to give guidelines and monitor the job of L2 support team. Technical / Language Skills: - - SAP ECC6 FICO: (ClassicGL with multiple currencies, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Automatic Payments, PMW, DME Files, Electronic Bank Statements, Search Strings, LSMW) - Familiarity with FICO DB dictionary. - Ability to understand ABAP code (basic development is not mandatory but nice to have). - Understanding of PCA, CCA and PA structural objects and their operation in CO. - Fluent English speaker. - Extensive experience in SAP/FICO customization as well as broad analytical, strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required. The key challenge is managing during a period of rapid change. - Influencing senior management; transitioning from functions into a process/operational business environment. - Working to tight deadlines. You will actively participate in the implementation of the defined processes in collaboration with IT and the various business partners, internal Control & Senior Finance Teams. Produces well-structured functional documentation to support development and user understanding.Knowledge Transfer and Support : Shares expertise by training support teams and guiding end users.
