Devops Engineer

Experteer Overview Join BME’s Operations Team in Madrid as an Application Ops Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable deployment and automation platforms.You will collaborate with developers and central infrastructure to standardize CI/CD, improve observability, and boost operational quality.The role combines automation, scripting, and platform support to enable fast, secure software delivery.This is a hands-on opportunity to shape modern DevOps practices in a cross-functional, agile environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD* Develop, adapt, and maintain reusable Ansible automation templates* Support deployment pipelines, workflows, and observability configurations with development teams* Assist in operating and improving Airflow scheduling/workflow automation* Write Python scripts to support automation and integrations* Help standardize security and scalability in build/deploy workflows* Collaborate with central infrastructure on provisioning, upgrades, and shared platform services (Grafana, Vault, ELK)* Document processes, configurations, and best practices for continuous improvement* Learn and apply modern DevOps tooling and share knowledge within the teamResponsabilidades* Strong interest in DevOps and automation across the software delivery lifecycle* Hands-on knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD or similar tools* Basic experience with Python for scripting* Familiarity with Linux environments and application deployments* Exposure to observability/monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK, Prometheus is a plus* Willingness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional environment* Proactive mindset, good communication skills, team-oriented attitudeRequisitos principales* Flexible work models* Personal development* Agile working methods
