Job description

  • Onsite-Support für die IT Servicepoints / Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Linux und OSX
  • Die Durchführung von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets, sowie der individuellen Projektaufträge
  • Die Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
  • Die Unterstützung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Die Rechtevergabe im Active Directory

Requirements

  • Du solltest die Technische Erfahrung im Onsite/Remotesupport von Endanwendern mitbringen
  • Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du hast Detailkenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs) und deren Peripherie
  • Du hast Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • Du hast Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von lokalen Applikationen (u. a. MS Office 2010, 2016 und Office365)
