Job description

  • Unterstützungsaufgaben im Bereich Deskside Services vor Ort
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets
  • Support der kompletten Clientumgebung und anderen möglichen Sonderlösungen bei Anforderung des Kunden nach Einarbeitung
  • 2nd Level Hardware Support für Desktop-PCs, Notebooks, Smartphone, etc.
  • Garantieabwicklung verschiedenster Gerätetypen (Notebook, Smartphone, Tablets, Headsets, etc.)

Requirements

  • Technische Erfahrung idealerweise im Vor-Ort-Service / Usersupport
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Windows Workstation, Laptops mit Software: MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.
  • Sehr gute allgemeine Hardwarekenntnisse für Office IT-Geräte
  • Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Windows Client Betriebssystemen
  • Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich von Hardware IT-Endgeräte (Notebooks/Desktops/Smartphone/etc.)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
