Job description

The client is seeking an individual to join our Client Services Reporting team to support our client deliverables, with a primary focus on supporting the suite of activities associated with the client portal.

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic individual with strong data governance and analytical skills and systems administration capabilities to support the team in managing the day-to-day operations related to the client portal, as well as other client reporting activities.

Responsibilities

Client Portal (InvestorFlow):

  • Responsible for day-to-day data activities, including document uploads, correspondence, troubleshooting and working with technology and users to log, track, and resolve issues.
  • Manage user onboard and offboard process, including license review, security and profile review and set up.
  • Manage the end-to-end investor communication process and understanding various communication types and nuances across platforms and audiences being reached, including coordination of undeliverable emails after mailings and removal/inactivation of contacts.

Data and Analytics

  • Manage the current auditing capabilities and continue to build out in scalable manner to proactively identify data issues across the portal platform.
  • Work with related parties to resolve data issues.

Other Client Reporting Activities

  • Partner with other technology focused members in the team to analyze opportunities for automation and work with technology teams on implementation.
  • Assist in the completion of ad-hoc or scheduled work being done by the team, if needed.

Requirements

  • Tech savvy mindset and ability to effectively action the training that will be provided to become a subject matter expert in the back-end administration of investor facing our systems.
  • Knowledge of tools in the sales and investor lifecycle ecosystem: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, InvestorFlow.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Additional systems that may be beneficial to know to have a broader impact on the team are Aladdin, Factset, and Vermilion.
  • Strong accountability, adaptability, and takes initiative with a positive attitude.
