AI Solutions Engineer

Design, build, and deploy custom internal software tools, AI-powered automations, and enterprise system integrations that replace off-the-shelf solutions with tools built specifically for Sure Steel’s workflows. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, user testing, rollout support, and ongoing iteration. The engineer will work directly with field crews, project managers, and office teams to validate and deploy solutions into live operational environments. Occasional travel to project sites and company offices required.

Do you have experience in Usability testing?, Experience building internal business tools or workflow applications Familiarity with enterprise system integrations (ERP, HRIS, project management platforms) Background in construction, field operations, or a similar industry Experience with cybersecurity, database architecture, or systems engineering
